Scope of Services:
Registered Nurse
The RN will work as a supervisor or a private duty nurse. An RN will complete admissions, supervisory visits, she/he will follow the plan of care and report to the supervisor.
Licensed Practical Nurse
The LPN will work as a private duty nurse. She/He will follow the plan of care and report to the RN supervisor.
Clients need for Services
The RN will perform the initial assessment of the client to determine the reasonable expectations of the clients need can be met adequately at home by the agency. The RN will write a plan of care to be followed by Neighborhood Nurses personnel.
Individualized Care
We recognize that individuals have their own unique needs, therefore, we have Registered Nurses who collaborate with you and your physician to create your plan of care.
